There is no shortage of good restaurants in San Sebastian – although good in this case does not necessarily mean elegant or expensive. Most of the premises are located around calle Real.
Bruesca (c/Real 3; 922870920). In operation since 1949 r. the oldest restaurant on the island. It supports a young couple, mom is cooking – in one word, kitchen like we have at a reasonable price.
The Charcón (Cueva Beach; 922141898). A small restaurant on Playa de la
Cave. Unusual food based on traditional recipes and good service – the perfect place for a romantic dinner.
The Nile (c / Ruiz de Padrón s / n; *922870305). Traditional Canarian cuisine. A restaurant so popular with San Sebastian locals, that at mealtimes it almost bursts at the seams.
Brands of Oristano (c/Real 24;
*922872909). One of the better restaurants in town. Good home cooking.
Four ways (c / Ruiz de Padrón 36; *922141260). Traditional Canarian cuisine in a typical townhouse.
Count of Niebla (Tourism Parador; tel.922871100). The most elegant and expensive restaurant in town, serving dishes from the new Canarian cuisine.
