We invite you to the Spring trip of Tenerife and La Gomera with Total Biology

Our goal is to awaken our bodies and minds after the winter season, awakening of spontaneity, joy, lightness in our thoughts and actions and healing of bodies and relationships in the spirit and knowledge of Total Biology.
Each, a day spent in Tenerife, will bring new sensations. It will make us optimistic and recharge us after a long time without sun. We will start spring in Tenerife amid the sound of the ocean waves, drawing on the power of the Teide volcano, watching dolphins, spending time in good, inspiring company, enjoying the healthy local food of fishermen and highlanders who are the native inhabitants of the island.

We will also travel deeply into ourselves every day, looking at your feelings, emotions and thoughts, recognizing what our body says, when something hurts, when there is a problem or any inconsistency. We will learn about. The formation of diseases, physical conflicts, emotional or financial, and learn simple methods to find the causes of these problems and release them quickly and easily. The trip will give each participant specific knowledge and the possibility of using it in practice, e.g.. how to deepen your awareness and awareness of yourself and the world around you. It will not be a Workshop "from to", but woven into holiday everyday life, being with yourself, getting to know each other and exploring the Canary Islands.

First
We will spend this day resting, walk, getting to know the group and the area ... We will look around where we have the best beaches and what the reality around us looks like. We will learn to relax our body.

Secondly
We will draw power from the earth, from wild nature. On this day, we are planning a trip in search of a mountain waterfall, we improve the condition and feel our body. We will learn ways to go deeper into the body and listen to your soul, which tells us a lot through feelings, this water, which flows in our body all the time.

Thirdly
During this day, we will be inspired by the highest mountain in Spain, Teide. We will learn to listen to your heart, of this superior "brain", who gives us strength and love, which is our goal and the meaning of our existence. We will recognize and release blockages that prevent us from experiencing love all the time in our lives.

Fourthly
We will go to La Gomera, the island of our ancestors. We will take care of our inner world, massage it and learn about simple and gentle exercises to relax and activate our female power of creation - the pelvis. We will sprinkle sand from the basalt obsidian beach and experience the oldest old forest on earth, which heals and reminds us of where we come from.

Fifth
Canary natural landscape, clean air, navy blue waves will serve as a background for the photo session, where we will be models aware of their bodies and how to prepare them for special occasions. All this in the scenery of Tenerife and La Gomera. We will recognize what our hands say, legs and what we want to show to the world, not only through your body, but how is our soul and mind expressed through the body.

Sixthly
We will learn to please others, we will feel what the good flowing from the heart is. We will observe dolphins and learn the language of light, they communicate with us, that is, the language of feelings, which our body communicates with us, connected with all nature, with all beings. We will learn how our health and integrity affects the entire world around us. And that truly changing the world starts with ourselves.

Seventh
We will check heaven on earth and repeat everything that our common days have taught us. We will plan the new year with healing energy, fulfillment and connection of all aspects of us: body, mind and spirit.

You will know the power of Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage, method Feldenkreisa, meditation and visualization, and the power of conscious conversation about yourself.

We will be in various non-commercial places on the island and meet its inhabitants and fight for local dance parties. We will learn everything about Canarian cuisine because that will be our food - local dishes, light, fresh from local resources.
We will live in 4 passenger apartments in Playa De las Americas.
