On the island, thanks to the ideal weather conditions prevailing here almost all year round, surfing is extremely popular, windsurfing and kitesurfing. There are ten schools here, including one, which is owned by the city and courses for quick learning of these sports. The main places where these sports are practiced are: Medano, Las Americas Beach, coast of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Guimarás coast , Orotava Valley, Socorro Beach w Los Realejos. Some of these places have hosted the World Cup (Grand Slam) in these disciplines.

St Elizabeth's Estate is an accommodation base in the climate of agritourism in the south of Tenerife. A place full of peace, space and charm. A combination of a diving base and agrochillout in the picturesque Abona region at the foot of the Teide volcano. Only a few kilometers to the south coast, the nearest beach in Abades is only approx 2 km from the base.
The base can be rented one of the three four-person cottages included in the price 300 Euro for a week. Each of them is decorated in a rustic atmosphere and equipped with bedrooms with complete bedding, bathroom with bathtub or shower, living room, kitchens that allow you to prepare your own meals, terrace with barbecue and relaxation area.
Dormitory for larger groups.
It is intended for people, who visit Tenerife with the intention of spending time actively! There are four bedrooms in the dormitory. Two of them are for two people, one for four and another for five. The bedrooms are transitional rooms. The dormitory can accommodate a total of 13 people. There is also a spacious and independent club room at the disposal of groups staying in the dormitory. There is a fitted kitchen, two large banquet tables and a nice atmosphere for shared meals or evening events. In the yard there is a place for a barbecue and a bonfire. There is also a room prepared for courses and training in the base.
Finca Santa Isabel is located eight kilometers north of El Medano - the beach best suited for windsurfing and kitesurfing. Groups over. eight people interested in practicing these sports will pay for accommodation in dormitory 12Eur per person per day.
